Background

We always want to perform better at work, create better relationships and become fulfilled as a person. This course is not only self-help for personal development, it is also for us to equip ourselves with skills to help people around us. Because at some point in life, we too have the opportunity to support someone around us in overcoming their life challenges. In essence, we are life coaches whether we are playing the role of an influencer, parent, sibling, friend, colleagues, team leader, employer or child etc.

 

We need to have the right understanding of our minds and tools to effect positive changes in order for us to achieve our goals on a daily basis. By having a positive mindset, we are more likely to be successful by making the right decision, choosing the right action and behaviour, and making positive aspirations in our lives.

 

This course is based on methodologies from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other schools of thought that are used to understand our minds.  

 

Objective

You will be equipped with a set of useful life coaching tools and techniques to empower you and others, which you can use immediately.

 

Overview

In this course, you will learn techniques and learn how to apply them to your daily life and in your daily interactions with others:

  1. Basic understanding on how our mind (i.e., conscious, unconscious minds) works as well as how it interacts with the environment and events to impact and mould us into who we are today.
  2. Understanding the “learning state” – a state where you widen your sensory to stay centered and calm, to take in information, utilize and store information. It is good for making presentations, attending courses or at school.
  3. Learn a quick fix to turnaround addictions by turning something we are addicted to e.g., unhealthy food and drinks including drinking and smoking habits etc., into something undesirable or less desirable.
  4. Processes to help yourself increase your experiences of positive states of minds like confident level, motivation, loved, supported etc.

Note:

Please wear comfortable attire as you will be moving around during the course. It is advisable to bring your own pen and scripts will be provided.

Since 2006, She practiced methodologies from branches of psychology and has been trained extensively in meditation including Psychology of Vision, Family Constellation and is a certified trainer and master practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy® & Hypnotherapy.

SC is highly experienced in the field of Life Coaching. She actively coaches professionals and individuals in personal empowerment. She believes every one of us deserves to live a golden life and to be the best version of ourselves. Her strength is always seeking opportunities to reach out helping others to rewire their mind to work positively, that is to take charge of their emotion including anger, frustration, etc. as a result to boost their confidence and increase work performances.

She is excellent in handling clients with chronic emotional issues which they may be facing a traumatic event like grief, broken in relationships, feeling lost in a cross junction, lack of confidence, feeling meaningless, depressed, etc. They may feel that they do not know where to pick themselves up or too
overwhelmed with their uncontrollable thoughts and emotion that affect their work and family life.

She thinks that clients’ willingness is of the utmost importance and she can lead them through their transformation and find their happiness through healing from the root cause of the problem. In short, we will tap into what’s in the unconscious mind that’s needed to learn and let go of what’s not serving them anymore as negative emotions & belief systems e.g. I am not good enough. She can guide them step by step to regain inner peace and live in their full potential at ease.
